Dhruv.AI is committed to handling personal information with restraint and transparency. We collect only what is needed to operate the member experience, respond to a request, and protect the website.
Information we handle
When you create a member account, our authentication provider processes your email address and password. Dhruv.AI does not receive or store your password. Successful member sign-ins are recorded with the member email address and time so the site administrator can maintain account security.
If you use a mail link or a request form, the information you choose to include is placed in your own email application before it is sent. Dhruv.AI does not currently store those form answers on the website.
How information is used
- to authenticate and maintain member access;
- to respond to Academy, Studio, or Advisory requests you send;
- to maintain basic account-security records; and
- to understand anonymous on-site interactions if a consented analytics provider is added in the future.
Our current analytics approach
The website includes a privacy-first event layer that does not send email addresses, form answers, passwords, or other direct identifiers. No third-party analytics provider is currently activated through this layer. If a provider is introduced later, this notice will be updated before personal information is used for analytics.
Service providers
Dhruv.AI currently uses a secure authentication and database provider to operate member accounts, a transactional email provider for verification emails, and website hosting infrastructure. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and choices
Member-account details and successful sign-in records are retained while they are reasonably needed to operate and secure the service. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing hidhruvai@gmail.com ↗.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards for the current site, including encrypted connections, protected authentication, access controls, and restrictive browser security policies. No online system can guarantee absolute security; please do not send passwords, confidential files, financial information, or sensitive personal information through ordinary email.
Important: This privacy notice reflects the website as currently configured. Before expanding data collection, marketing systems, payments, or services into additional regions, Dhruv.AI should obtain a review from qualified privacy counsel.
