Scope and our approach
This notice applies to dhruv-ai.com, member accounts, Academy access, Studio browser tools, project enquiries, and essential account email. It does not cover a future mobile app, payment system, client project governed by a separate agreement, or an independent third-party website. We minimise collection, do not sell personal information, and do not use member data for behavioural advertising.
Data inventory
- Account and identity: email address, authentication user ID, sign-in method, email-verification state, and limited Google account information returned when you choose Google sign-in.
- Security and acceptance: successful sign-in time, policy versions and acceptance time, authentication/session records, and security or abuse reports.
- Account communications: verification, recovery, and one-time welcome-email status, delivery identifier, attempts, and errors needed for reliable sending.
- Academy operations: course and lesson metadata, protected video paths, and short-lived authorised playback links. The current website does not build a learner-behaviour profile.
- Enquiries: information you deliberately send through your own email application. The public site does not silently store the draft form answers before you send them.
- Browser and hosting data: essential session storage, local preferences, consent choice, IP address, user-agent, request time, security events, and diagnostic logs that hosting, authentication, and email providers may process to operate and protect their services.
- Optional analytics: public-page interaction events may be sent only after an affirmative choice and only if Dhruv.AI activates the disclosed analytics provider. Advertising and personalisation signals remain disabled.
What we do not intentionally collect
The current website does not request precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access, payment-card information, government identifiers, health data, or advertising identifiers. Do not send sensitive or regulated information through ordinary email or the Studio Planner.
Purposes and lawful grounds
- provide, authenticate, and secure the member service;
- perform steps you request before a service agreement and deliver an agreed service;
- send essential account messages and maintain delivery integrity;
- record policy acceptance and respond to rights, support, legal, or security requests;
- prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce the Terms, and comply with law; and
- measure public-page usefulness only with consent where consent is required.
Depending on the applicable law, these activities rely on your consent, steps requested by you, performance of an agreement, legitimate uses necessary to operate and secure the service, or legal obligations. You may withdraw optional consent without losing essential account access.
Providers and disclosures
Dhruv.AI currently uses Supabase for authentication, database, protected storage, and server functions; Google when you choose Google sign-in and, if activated with consent, privacy-limited analytics; Resend for essential transactional email; and Vercel for website hosting, delivery, security, and operational logs. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, or a successor organisation where reasonably necessary and lawful. We do not authorise these providers to use Dhruv.AI account data for Dhruv.AI advertising.
International processing
Cloud providers may process or support data from countries outside your own. Dhruv.AI selects established providers and relies on their contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards. Before introducing regulated or higher-risk data, Dhruv.AI will conduct a more specific transfer and vendor assessment.
Retention
Account and acceptance records are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, and deletion recovery. Login and email-delivery records are periodically reviewed and kept only while useful for those purposes. Enquiry emails remain in the applicable mailboxes until no longer needed. Provider backups and security logs follow controlled provider cycles. When retention is no longer justified, information is deleted, anonymised, or isolated from ordinary use.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of optional consent, or information about processing by emailing hidhruvai@gmail.com ↗. Include the account email and the request, but never send a password. Dhruv.AI may verify identity, respond within the legally applicable period, preserve information where lawfully required, and explain any lawful limitation. You may also raise a grievance using the same address and pursue any complaint right available through the applicable data-protection authority.
Browser storage and analytics choice
Essential browser storage maintains authentication, protects confirmation flows, remembers a short signup cooldown, and stores your analytics choice. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent account access. You can clear site data in your browser; doing so signs you out and resets local preferences. No third-party analytics measurement ID is active at the date of this notice.
Children
The current member service is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not designed to knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information without appropriate authorisation.
Security and incidents
Safeguards include HTTPS, restrictive browser policies, protected authentication, least-privilege database rules, private Academy storage, short-lived media links, restricted server secrets, and provider security controls. No system is risk-free. If a personal-data incident occurs, Dhruv.AI will investigate, contain, document, and notify affected people or authorities when legally required.
Changes and contact
